Basement Re-organization – Order a 2- or 3- man crew to help you organize your basement, attic, or garage. You point and we will do the heavy lifting and moving. We can also put together shelves and organizers to make life easier. We’ll haul trash to the dump and donation items to the charity of your choice (you’ll need to call the organization first to be sure they want your items). Rates are $85.00 per man per hour plus applicable truck charges.
Carports– We can repair or build carports to your specification. (New carports are a warm weather project only). Building permits and plans will be required. Call us for ideas and a quote.
Concrete Slab Removal – Depending on the thickness of the slab, we will sledge-hammer or jack-hammer your concrete pad into pieces and haul away. A building permit is usually not required for this. This job can usually be completed in one day. You might consider filling the empty concrete pad space with topsoil or gravel – we can deliver and spread as needed. Call for quote.
Crawl Space – We’ve hauled things out of crawl spaces and have installed moisture barriers (visqueen) in crawl spaces. Rates are $85.00 per man per hour plus any applicable materials charges if used.
Dandelions– Usually from the end of May to mid-July, Anchorage is covered with dandelions. We can apply Weed & Feed or other weed killers, per your request. Labor rate is $85.00 per man per hour plus product.
Decks – We can Powerwash, Re-seal, Stain, and / or paint existing decks. We also repair, replace, and build new decks. This is a warm weather project. Call us for more information.
Decorative Rock – Whether it’s round river rock or larger decorative rocks, we can pick, haul, and place rock for you, as well as remove rocks / gravel. Rock gardens are beautiful and low maintenance. Prices vary according to product selected.
Demolition– Whether residential or commercial, our crews can demo inside or outside structures and haul away. This includes sheds, greenhouses, retaining walls, cabins, etc. Call us for a quote.
De-Thatching / Power raking – We recommend dethatching in Spring to kick-start your grass to grow. Dethatching is the process of pulling up debris from between the blades of grass. This process allows product to get straight to the soil and be most effective. Rates are $85.00 per man per hour plus product.

Fence– We repair, replace or install new 6” privacy wooden fences and / or chainlink fencing. We also install DogWatch Hidden Fence Systems for pet containment. Call today for a free quote. Post hole digging is a warm weather task.
Fertilization – We like Arctic Gro 16-16-16 Lawn & Shrub Fertilizer. The Arctic Gro 40 lb. Lawn and Shrub Fertilizer features a fast-release formula for quick, effective results, and the 16-16-16 fertilizer analysis helps ensure your plants receive the ideal balance of nutrients.

Gravel Delivery – We have a 12’ dump truck for small gravel deliveries. Truck charges are $185 per load plus materials.
Grounds Maintenance – Apartment complexes and commercial buildings can schedule regular grounds maintenance – picking up trash, mowing, weedwhacking, sweeping, drives, walkways, and parking lots. Rates are $85.00 per man per hour.
Gutter Cleaning – We’ll remove leaves, twigs, and debris from existing gutter systems. This is a warm weather service. $85.00 per man per hour – 2 hour minimum.
Gutter Install – We will install or repair plastic gutters. I’m sorry, we will not work on metal gutters.
Hedge Trimming – We can trim back your hedges – even raspberries! Rates are $85.00 per man per hour.
Holiday Lights Install / Removal – We’ll install and remove your holiday lights and decorations. We carry regular holiday light choices or we can install yours, as well as extension cords and timers. Rates are $85.00 per man per hour plus materials.
Hydro-seeding – This is not something we’d normally do. We’ve found that here in Alaska, with 20 hours of sunlight in the late Spring and Summer, all you really need is good topsoil and quality grass seed (which we have). Be sure to keep your yard moist for about two weeks so the seed can germinate and you’ll have a beautiful new lawn. Call for a free quote.
Landscape Fabric – This fabric is buried in garden beds for weed control.
Lawn Maintenance – We provide mowing on a regular basis (every week, every 10 days, every two weeks), or on a call-out basis, as needed. Our rates are $85.00 per man per hour plus debris removal.
Lawn Renovation – We can bring in and spread premium topsoil on your existing lawn and re-seed (or perhaps you only need part of your lawn re-done). Call for a free estimate.
Leaf Removal – Our crews are available for leaf clean-up. Rates are $85.00 per man per hour plus debris removal.
Lime – We carry both Lime Flour (looks like white powder) or Prill – which is a combination of fertilizer and lime (looks like a black and white pellet). We recommend lime in Spring to sweeten the soil, particularly if you have dogs.
Lot Clearing–Our crew will clear out brush, trees, and debris, and haul it away. Call for an estimate.
Moose Control – We can install netting over your smaller trees to discourage moose from demolishing your tree. Call for more information.
Mulch – There are several different mulches to choose from. Consult with one of our landscapers to determine the best color, size, and amount you need.
Paint–Painters are available for both residential and commercial projects, both inside and out. Weather is a consideration for outside painting, so be sure to call as soon as possible for a free quote.
Parking Lot Sweeping – This is usually a Springtime project for both commercial and residential customers. For commercial customers, we can schedule evening and weekend work. Some customers choose to keep the gravel for the next winter’s use. Please let us know your preference.
Pavers / walkways /stonework – Our experienced Landscapers can set your chosen pavers or stonework. We’ll even pick up and deliver your product. Sand will usually also be needed. Get a free consultation.

Planter Boxes – We can pick up and deliver your purchased planter boxes, or custom build planter boxes for you. Call for a free consultation.
Planting – Our experienced landscapers can plant sod, flowers, shrubs, and trees. All product is purchased locally – we do not have a greenhouse. Additional soil or growing products may be needed. Call for a free consultation.
Playgrounds / skating rinks – Over the years we have put together swingsets, children’s playgrounds, and installed skating rinks. If you have purchased a kit, we can pick up and install. Call us for rates.
Power Edging – This is different from Weedwhack / trimming. This calls for a particular piece of equipment that creates a definite edge along drives and walkways. Rates: $85.00 per man per hour.
Power wash – We will use power washers to clean drives, decks, buildings, and remove moss from roofs. Rates: $85.00 per man per hour.
Raking – Hand raking as opposed to power-raking (dethatch). Great for getting under shrubs and porches, and gathering up pine cones, leaves, etc. Rates: $85.00 per man per hour plus debris removal if needed.
Raspberries – We can trim them back or clear them out. Rates: $85.00 per man per hour plus debris removal if requested.
Retaining Walls – We’ve built new retaining walls from railroad ties, bricks, wood, etc. We’ve also repaired and torn down / taken out old retaining walls. Call us for an evaluation.
Rock Gardens – Beautiful yard addition. We can install and / or maintain existing rock gardens. Our landscapers will find the right rocks and plants for you. Call for a free quote.
Roof Moss Removal – Typically, we power wash moss from roofs. Sometimes, the moss comes off easily, other times brushing is also required because the moss has grown into the shingle. Products are available to be used AFTER the moss has been removed to retard future growth. Rates: $85.00 per man per hour plus product.
Rototill – This special piece of equipment will churn up your garden soil in preparation for planting. Rates: $85.00 per man per hour.
Sanding – Available for both residential and commercial customers. Plain sand, sand with salt, and pea gravel is available. Call for rates/
Sealing driveway / sealcoat –Sealcoating protects your asphalt drive from rapid deterioration, it improves traction and looks great! We repair cracks, power-wash your drive then sealcoat. This is a warm weather job. Call us for rates.
Sheds – Whether you’ve chosen a shed kit or want a custom created shed, we can help. For shed kits, we will pick up and assemble. Our carpenters can build you a custom shed. Moving existing sheds are tricky – call us for an evaluation. We’ve also demo’d and hauled away failing down or no-longer-needed sheds. Call us for a free quote.
Shoveling – Our shovelers are available for both yard work or snow work on sidewalks, decks, and roofs.
Rates are $85.00 per man per hour.
Snow Plowing – Available for both residential and commercial customers. We charge on a per-occurrence basis. We have established Plow Lists which you can join by calling us. Once we have 2” snow accumulation, our crews are activated. You can also call-in for service – we will get to you as soon as we can.
Snow Removal – This is the process of scooping up and hauling away accumulated snow. We use out Skidsteer Ghel to scoop and fill up our 12′ dump truck. Our rate is $300 per load.
Sod – Sod is only usually available from late Spring to late Summer from a grower in the Valley. We will order, pick up, deliver and install. Call for prices.
Spring Clean-Up – This is the first yard clean-up of the season. We typically dethatch (also called PowerRaking) – a process that pulls up debris from between blades of grass. We will bag you debris and can haul away at $3.00/bag or leave (at no charge) for your trash collector. We can apply product such as Lime and Fertilizer, per your request. Rates are $85.00 per man per hour plus product.
Sprinkler Systems – Sorry – we do not install or repair sprinkler systems.
Step repairs – Whether you need wood or concrete step repair, we can handle this for you. Call for an estimate.
Stump removal – We don’t usually stump grind – we pull up tree stumps with our Gehl and haul away. Call for an estimate.
Topsoil Delivery – We can deliver up to 5 cubic yards of topsoil at a time. We deliver top-quality locally-available topsoil. Call for rates.
Trash Hauls – We provide both residential and commercial one-time trash hauls. Our smallest truck is a 1-ton 10’ open top truck with 4’ sideboards. For heavier loads, we also have an open-top 12’ Dump truck, and a Dump Trailer that carries 33 cubic yards of debris. We do not carry roll-offs. Residential loads can be taken to the Transfer Station in town. Commercial / construction loads must be taken to Hiland Road Landfill. We take single load recycling, such as tree limbs or leaf bags, rock, dirt, or scrap metal with prior approval. Call us for details.
Trees – Trimming or cutting down tree work available. We can cut up and stack the firewood and take rest of debris to dump. Call for more info.
Trenching – We have the equipment to trench or can dig trenches by hand. Utility locates will need to be obtained before the work can be done.
Watering – Available for both commercial and residential customers, on a regular basis or a call-out basis. We will use your water source (we do not have a water truck). Call for more information.
Weed Control / Poisoning – Weed & Feed and other products are available for weed control.
Window Wash – While the weather is warm, we can wash your outside windows. Our window wash crews are 2 men – for safety’s sake and insurance purposes. Rates: $85.00 per man per hour, two hour minimum.
Yard Clean-up — Our crew will pick up all debris, rake (and mow if needed / requested). We’ll haul away all debris, including old tires, hot tubs, wood, etc. Call us for details.
